After scheduling service, you will be connected directly with your dedicated recovery specialist, who will confirm your date and estimated arrival time and guide you through the next steps of the recovery process.
You will receive preparation instructions tailored to your specific case, including recommended supplies that may help support recovery efforts. Depending on your pet’s situation, this may include cameras, flyers, feeding stations, and scent items.
Our team will also provide guidance on how to properly preserve your pet’s dedicated scent article to ensure the best possible working conditions for our tracking K9s.

Search Operations
Once on location, our team deploys a strategic recovery plan tailored to your pet’s specific behavior, environment, and timeline. Utilizing scent-specific tracking dogs, we work to determine your pet’s direction of travel, movement patterns, and high-probability areas.
Depending on the circumstances, thermal drone technology may also be utilized to rapidly search large properties, wooded areas, fields, and difficult terrain from above.
Throughout the operation, our team evaluates sightings, terrain, environmental conditions, and lost pet behavior to build a clearer picture of your pet’s movements. We may recommend, assist or connect you with a local lost pet recovery group with feeding stations, surveillance cameras, and other recovery tools designed to safely draw your pet back into a recoverable area.
